| It's serious http://porntube.in.net/ pornktube.com Those instruments can be fierce and noisy, but in a jazz context they tend to be typecast as โfeminine.โ This set didnโt altogether escape that danger, even with the characterful playing of saxophonist Konrad Wiszniewski pulling strongly in the other direction. Some of the pieces had a nostalgic whiff of Forties film scores, such as Faurรยฉ (I may have misheard that title, but it would be apt for such a French-flavoured piece). The group ventured into a darker more overtly jazz-like idiom too, anchored around anxiously circling bass patterns, and I wasnโt sure the two worlds quite joined up.
