Theyโll have real glassware, attractive waitstaff, and good food. It makes me feel like Iโm back in civilization, and I smile all through dinner thinking about how Iโm here and not in Williston. Bozeman feels like the best place I could possibly be on those nights, and I think I might have taken my last couple of work trips in part to enjoy its good company.
